Who Is The Course For?
One of the most important tasks for a manager to conduct is the appraisal of their staff. This workshop considers the benefits of effective appraisals for all stakeholders; the employee, manager and the company.
This course is ideal for anyone who has direct reports and is responsible for completing appraisals. It will provide the essential skills and tools for an effective appraisal process. Performance management is introduced using a structured approach.
Duration / Format
