Who Is The Course For?
This development programme is committed to assist managers expand their leadership practices and skills. People can be promoted into managerial positions with an expectation that they will be excellent natural leaders; sometimes this is true, often they need guidance, support and knowledge to fulfil this requirement.

This course will encourage and accelerate growth in leadership competence. All managers find benefit from reviewing their existing practices and challenging their beliefs they hold about leadership.

Duration / Format
The development programme is structured over 3 separate learning workshops. Allowing time between workshops for activity, practical application and success.

Learning is supported through self-analysis, practical exercises and discussion. Shared experiences provide a flexible route to achieving personal and professional objectives. Each workshop will be interactive with a pragmatic approach.

Course Requirements / Notes
Delegates should be in, or working towards positions that require some leadership competence. Practical work-based assignments, between courses will provide evidence and basis for discussion.
