quiz will give you an insight into your least preferred rep system.
The rep system
is the way you experience your world. What we perceive is a representation
of what each sensory organ transmits to us. There are defined
using:
Visual (V)
Auditory (A)
Kinaesthetic (K)
Olfactory (O)
Gustatory (G)
Auditory
Digital (Ad)

rep system is not directly related to a sensory organ. This is

The way to
develop yourself and your communication flexibility is to develop your least preferred
rep system.
If you
do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got…There
is always so much more.
Please remember
that you are more than your main or lead rep system. Therefore
refrain from identifying yourself and others as either ‘a visual person’
or ‘an auditory person’. You will notice that you do not use a
rep system in isolation; they are often overlapping each other. Completing this exercise will identify which rep system to develop;
with some ideas of how to do this.
