We all do it, what's the problem?
People can not not communicate. So why do we sometimes not hear what we see or feel. Ensure the message you communicate is congruent with your meaning. Which communication habits are not giving you the results you desire, want or need?
Would you like to be on the same wavelength as your customers, colleagues, and family? How easier would communication be if you were both singing of the same hymn sheet? What if you were communicating to enable all to see the big picture?
Be the best you can be by enhancing excellent communication skills.
When we communicate we distort, delete and generalise the information that we send and receive according to our filters.
