Permanent Phobia Clearance with SCR Associates
Firstly, are you sure that this is a phobia and not anxiety, stress or fear that you’re suffering from? It may seem strange but sometimes we can be confused with the messages that we're receiveing. A phobia is defined as a 'strong, persistent & irrational fear of, and desire to avoid, a perticular object, activity or situation'. One of its defining features is how the phobia interferes with normal, everyday life.
The good news for you is that we can help you to be the best you can be with either. Another thing you might be interested in knowing is that you’re not alone. This may be little comfort at the moment but did you know that approximately One in Ten people experience the pain, discomfort and misery that this phobia brings in your life.
If no treatment is taken or the wrong solutions are provided, the effects of the phobia can then lead to the person experiencing and suffering from Panic Attacks. These ensuing panic attacks can be incredibly unpleasant with strong physical and psychological symptoms.
But you’re different, aren’t you? You are taking the positive steps towards clearing this in your life for good.
Do you want to stop suffering from a phobia?
It’s no fun, is it? Being totally conscious of that thing, idea or circumstance that you are phobic about is, is wretched. Some people don’t think that there is anything they can do about it, that’s this is their lot. They are wrong!

Phobia Symptoms
The symptoms of phobic responses can range from difficulty in breathing; sweaty palms; fainting; nausea (especially horrible if ‘throwing up’ is your phobia); to panic attacks and extreme or fierce outbursts of behaviour to get away and escape from the stimulus. These can be frightening or embarrassing, because normally you wouldn’t act like that.
Having a phobia can and probably does interfere with every single aspect of your life. You have moulded your life to accommodate the phobia you have. This possibly extends to those close to you as well. So you’re afraid that you can pass on your fear to you children (yes this does happens). And you can clear your phobia with SCR Associates.
When I was really good at having arachnophobia (yes I know this seems like a paradox, but you see rather than my phobia back then being really bad, it was an automatic response and therefore I didn’t even have to think about it), you’re probably fed up with hearing those well intended words;
“It’s only a ….”
“There’s nothing to worry about really…”
“Here, look if I can you can”
Yes, the definition is “an irrational, obsessive, and intense fear that is focused on a specific circumstance, idea, or thing.” So why do people try to work through it in a rational, logical way. It doesn’t work, does it?

Anxiety is the normal emotion that we all experience at times that we find threatening or difficult.
It is not normal to experience this heighten state for prolonged periods or as our usual waking state.
When we have anxiety this can often be referred to as either stress. Stress can mean different things to different people. Some people become stressed over things that make them anxious. Others are stressed because of their response to the things that make them anxious. This can be confusing and lead to stress itself?!
Anxiety as a result of a regular problem, issues, or difficulties; for example money or relationships; is usually labelled as worries. Whereas the sudden response to an immediate threat, like being confronted by an angry person or a car crash; is considered to fall into the category of fear.
