SCR Associates - Terms of Business
Payment
The fee must be paid, in full, no later than 3 working weeks prior to the start of the training programme. SCR Associates reserves the right to re-allocate placement to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. All transfer charges must be paid for on receipt of the invoice.
Please note that SCR Associates can offer flexible instalment payment plan for all of the NLP training programmes with prior arrangement.
Late payment
In the event of late payment, SCR Associates will exercise its statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Prices
The prices quoted on our literature are correct at the date of publication (this is the earliest date published within it) and for 12 months thereafter. SCR Associates reserves the right to adjust these prices outside of this period.
Transferring courses
If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later training programme there will be an administrative charge of 15% of the course fee if it is within 3 working weeks of the original training date. If that transfer is cancelled and the delegate fails to attend, the full training programme fee must be paid immediately.
Delegate cancellation terms
All cancellations to booking must be made 3 working weeks prior to the start of a training programme. If a booking is cancelled within the 3 working weeks or if the delegate fails to attend the training programme, the full fee must be paid immediately.
Changing delegate details
This is with the expressed agreement of SCR Associates. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking. There will be no charge if a substitute person from your organisation wishes to replace the original delegate on the same date and same training programme.
Cancellation of courses by SCR Associates and changes to content
SCR Associates training programmes are constantly updated to maintain the highest standards. As such SCR Associates reserves the right to change the content without prior notice to maintain these standards. SCR Associates reserves the right to cancel a training programme at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, credit note or a full refund.
