Please remember that you are more than your main or lead rep system. Therefore refrain from identifying yourself and others as either ‘a visual person’ or ‘an auditory person’. You will notice that you do not use a rep system in isolation; they are often overlapping each other. Completing this exercise will identify which rep system to develop; with some ideas of how to do this.
